Patriot. Protector. Public Servant. Conservative Voice for Tennessee.
That's not the country I shed blood for or buried my friends for. I'm a retired combat Marine and purple heart recipient, and a retired undercover detective who dismantled gangs and cartels, but I can't retire in peace watching my country suffer. So I'll just redeploy...to Washington. I'll offer my experience and hard-won wisdom on the legislative battleground. I'll stand beside my fellow Marine, J.D. Vance and heroes like Tom Homan to help President Trump make America safe again. I'm Joe Leurs and I'm asking for your vote on October 7th.
"Service before self. Country before politics. Results that matter."

For 25+ years, I have served our country in the military and law enforcement. At the age of 19, I knew I was meant for something bigger than myself. I was deployed as a Marine Corps Infantryman three times, and in 2003, while deployed to Iraq, I was wounded in action while conducting a reconnaissance mission. After 13+ years in the Marines, I continued my path of service before self as an undercover Detective with the Metro-Nashville Police Department and later continued military service in the U.S. Army Reserve. My commitment has always been unwavering and clear: protect and serve those who cannot speak or protect themselves.
Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world. Marines don't have that problem.
- Ronald Reagan
40th President of the United States
Throughout my military and law enforcement career, I have consistently sought to improve and innovate solutions to complex problems. From learning/developing new training methods in the areas of military instruction, such as marksmanship, to inventing life-saving, patented technology for first-responders, I believe in utilizing experience and expertise to create real solutions to today's problems.
